NASRI’S YELLOW CARD RESCINDED
La Liga side Sevilla have confirmed that playmaker Samir Nasri would be available for the game against Las Palmas on Sunday after his suspension was rescinded by the governing body.

Nasri picked up another yellow card in his last game against Villarreal.
The game was a dramatic one – ending 0-0 at home and with the Manchester City star losing a penalty that would have helped them keep up the pressure with log leaders Real Madrid. Nasri also picked up his fifth caution this term – earning him a one-match suspension.
The booking was rescinded on Wednesday, meaning the former Arsenal man can feature against Las Palmas – who remain unbeaten at home this term.
Nasri has had a great season, helping Sevilla become shock title contenders even unto the second half of the season. He has netted just twice but has been critical to the statement the Europa League champions are making. The player was always in the news for the wrong reasons so many were not sure how his purported move to Spain would pan out.
The French player said Guardiola wanted him to remain at City but that he wanted a move elsewhere for regular first team action. Jorge Sampaoli has given him the free role to unleash his talent.
Sevilla sit third on the La Liga standings. They could have risen higher but for some results that did not go in their favour. Sevilla could have matched Real Madrid’s points but for Nasri losing his kick from 12 yards out. Madrid have two games in hand after their game against Celta Vigo was postponed because of bad weather. The European champions are keen on winning the La Liga title after many years of watching Barcelona stroll to pick it up.
